maildir-utils-extra software package provides Extra utilities for maildir-utils, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install maildir-utils-extra
maildir-utils-extra is installed in your system.
Make ensure the maildir-utils-extra package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep maildir-utils-extra *
You will get with maildir-utils-extra package name, version, architecture and description in a table
